Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our family. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I share my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My parents brought me into America in 1990, when I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I aimed to make them proud and was a shrewd entrepreneur when it came to success. My goal was to attend school, graduate and get an excellent job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. The lifestyle I had thought I would have was not what it turned out. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joy- I felt as if I had wasted my time and energy in exchange for a salary but I knew that I had a destiny. As I navigated my way through a different direction in my career, I found I was destined to become a personal trainer. I loved working out, I liked having fun and I loved helping people. The business I started in 2014. I am celebrating my 7th birthday this year. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian women. My aim in the industry is to help create a durable and healthy life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams and achieve anything they want to achieve. When I began my professional profession, the loss of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and always remember her in my mind and my heart. Life's lessons can be hidden from us yet they can prove extremely valuable. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways. I am convinced that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her death. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to begin her new life. I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today and not just surviving just like I did in the past. When I share my experience, I hope that my thoughts will resonate with you. My hope is that my words will aid you in understanding that you're never alone. That you have the ability to achieve everything you desire. Because death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
