Anita Barone

Barone played in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld's fourth season as Gail Cunningham, a chef who was looking to buy Elaine Benes' shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone was a regular on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone had also played the husband of Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends for a job which required more time. She was in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995 until 1996) as well as on The War at Home from 2005 between 2005 and the year 2007. Barone was also a co-star in Daddio. Other television credits for Barone include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in the year 2004 for her performance on the film One Last Ride. Barone's regular role in Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, just three years after The War at Home finished it's running. She played officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave, guest starred as J.J. Jones in two episodes.
